Security Clearance

This year's Human Systems Conference will be held at the Mallette Training Facility on Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, MD. All attendees must have security clearance to gain gate access to all Human Systems Conference events.

NOTE: If you do not have military base access, please allow yourself ample time before the day's first session as there may be long wait lines at the Visitor's Center.  

CAC AND MILITARY ID HOLDERS
Those with a vaild and unexpired CAC/military ID will be able to get on APG. You must have it on you at all times. CAC/military ID holders do not need to submit any additional forms for gate access.

NON CAC AND MILITARY ID HOLDERS
You must enter APG using the MD-715 Gate. These visitors will need to sign in each day at the Visitor Center, located off MD-715 (building on the right before getting to the security gate). To obtain a vehicle security pass you will need to provide:

  • Driver's License
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Proof of Insurance

U.S. Visitors WITHOUT a Government ID in the same vehicle as a visitor WITH a Government ID can enter at either gate with a valid photo ID.
