Security Clearance

This year's Human Systems Conference will be held at the Mallette Training Facility on Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, MD. All attendees must have an addressed Access Waiver Letter (that will be sent to registered attendees) to gain gate access to all Human Systems Conference events on APG.

CAC AND MILITARY ID HOLDERS
Those with a vaild and unexpired CAC/military ID will be able to get on APG. You must have it on you at all times. CAC/military ID holders do not need to submit any additional forms for gate access.

NON CAC AND MILITARY ID HOLDERS (U.S. CITIZENS)
You must enter APG using the MD-715 Gate. Please be prepared to provide the following to the security guard upon your arrival

  • Driver's License
  • Access Waiver Letter 
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Proof of Insurance

FOREIGN NATIONALS
