Cancellations received by Friday, April 5, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Saturday, April 6, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
