Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Alissa Meehan at There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 8, 2019.   Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
