The conference registration fee includes the following official conference sessions and activities:

  • attendance at all conference sessions
  • two (2) networking continental breakfasts
  • three (3) networking coffee breaks
  • one (1) networking lunch
  • two (2) networking receptions (opening networking reception Sunday evening and the networking reception Monday evening)

Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than January 19, 2019 to NDIA, attn: Tiffany Milnor via email to tmilnor@ndia.org  . There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 19, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.

Substitution Policy
We welcome and encourage substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at tmilnor@ndia.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation.  This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events.   Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
