Guest Reception Attendance Information

Guest Activities**

A guest of a registered attendee, may participate in the following conference events:

  • Sunday, February 3rd, 2019, Annual Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Opening Networking Reception (additional cost $75)
  • Monday, February 4th, 2019, Annual Networking Reception (additional cost $50)

If your guest would like to participate in any of the above events, you must check their respective "Event Fees" box at the bottom of the on-line registration form, and include the reception 1 or reception 2 registration only ticket fees with your on-line registration fee payment. The guest ticket(s) do not include attendance at any of the other conference food functions (continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, and/or lunch, or conference attendance).

If you purchased a guest ticket while registering for the conference on-line, you must email the name of your guest to: tmilnor@ndia.org, by Friday January 18th, 2019, to ensure they are registered for one or both activities.

Guest reception tickets are an additional fee (not included in the conference attendee registration fee). **You must be a registered conference attendee or guest to attend.
