A block of rooms has been set aside at the Portola Hotel for this conference.

  

Individuals can make their room reservations by either calling the Portola Hotel Reservations Department at 1-831-649-4511 or online via the links below. Reservations must be made by Friday, January 11, 2019, after that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.  Each registrant is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate the room reservation is for the NDIA - 2019 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference.  

 

Room Rates:

*This rate is only available to active duty military and civilian government employees; U.S. government issued active duty ID cards and travel orders are required upon check-in. Failure to present these credentials will result in being charged the prevailing hotel rack rate.

 

  

Parking:
Self-parking is $15 and valet parking is $23 per night.

 

 

If you are unable to make a reservation at the Portola Hotel a block of rooms has been set aside at the Hotel Pacific.

Individuals can make their room reservations by calling the Hotel Pacific Reservations Department at 831-373-5700 or 800-554-5542. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, January 30, 2019, after that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.  Each registrant is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate the room reservation is for the NDIA - 2019 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference.  

 

Room Rates:

  • Industry - $255.00 Single/Double
  • Government* - $154.00 ** Single/Double
    (**prevailing govt. per diem will apply - subject to change)
