Registration Hours
Registration will be setup outside of the meeting room, on the lower level. Breakfast will be available at 8:00 am on Wednesday, March 14 with welcoming remarks beginning at 9:00 am.

Please note the dates and times that registration will be open for the meeting:

  • Wednesday, March 14: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Thursday, March 15: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm              

Upon arrival, you will need to bring a photo ID to show to the building security. Once checked-in, Holland & Knight personnel will be stationed in the lobby to direct you to the meeting room.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present a valid picture ID or military ID if you are registered as active duty. Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Conference Program
There will be a printed copy of the program onsite. The agenda will include information about both days of the meeting.

Wi-fi will be available in the meeting room. Details will be provided onsite.

Appropriate dress for the symposium is business attire for civilians or uniform of the day for military personnel.

Colonial Parking is located in the building. Limited spaces are available due to the tenants reserved spaces, however anyone can pull in to see if they have open spaces at any given time. Other parking garages are within walking distance to the building.

The Farragut West station (blue, orange, and silver lines) is on the corner across from Holland & Knight. The Farragut North station (red line) is located just two blocks away. Find directions from both stations here
