REGISTRATION
The Registration fee covers access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and reception.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. Registrations will be verified by email address. Should you register incorrectly, you will be contacted and a balance due might be incurred. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

You must register using a valid Government Employee or Military email address. This is required at time of registration. Please bring your Government Employee or Military ID with you for check-in at the event.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Register for tutorial sessions ONLY. Networking break including in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to mmangas@ndia.org. $75 cancellation fee for requests received by September 24, 2018. No refunds for cancellations received after September 24, 2018. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Substitution requests must also be made in writing to mmangas@ndia.org.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
