Premier $6,000 (Exclusive)

  • Four complimentary full conference registrations
  • Sponsor description (350 words) in onsite agenda

 Elite $4,000 (available to two sponsors) 

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
  • Recognition of sponsor logo on presentation slide in general session
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
  • Two complimentary full conference registrations
  • Sponsor description (250 words) in onsite agenda
  • Podium recognition by NDIA during opening general session

 

Networking Breaks $3,000 (available to two sponsors, Tuesday or Wednesday)

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website

  • Sponsor logo on napkins to be distributed during breaks (NDIA to provide napkins)

 

Reception $6,000 (available to one sponsor)

  • One Complimentary registration
  • Company logo and link to your company on event web site.
  • Company logo on promotional signage at the Welcome Reception.
  • Company logo and recognition in the onsite conference program.
  • Sponsor ribbon on company conference badges.
  • Company logo on table tent signs to be placed on reception cocktail tables.
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event 

 

Registration & Lanyard - $3,000 (available to one sponsor)

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
  • Recognition of sponsor logo on presentation slide in general session
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
  • Sponsor banner with company logo on registration confirmation (e-mail) receipt sent to all attendees
  • Lanyards with sponsor name/logo on them distributed at registration on site (sponsor provides lanyards. NDIA can produce lanyards with one-color logo for an extra $750. For NDIA to produce, deadline of July 14, 2017.)
