ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the meeting is business casual for civilians and Class B uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.
ID BADGE
During meeting registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Your badge must be worn at all event functions.

SECURITY
Fort McNair has extremely stringent security measures, and that can cause significant delays at the entrance gate. To ensure you can get on base quickly and easily, we ask that attendees who do not already have base access with a CAC card or military ID get pre-cleared with base security. To do so, please send the following information to the conference POC (Tara deCamp, tdecamp@ndia.org):

- Grade/Rank/Status
- Date of birth
- Gender (Male/Female)
CLASSIFIED SESSION & CLEARANCES
On Thursday, April 20th general session will be classified. You must have a secret level clearance to attend. The other option is to sign up for industry/government one-on-one briefings.
