Dina is a senior research analyst and Teams 3 & 10 Lead on the Section 809 Panel. Her former positions include senior advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Procurement (DASA(P)), Director of Procurement Programs in the Office of the DASA(P), and Army member of the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council/Policy Regulations Team Leader in the Office of the DASA(P).
