Registration includes access to the conference on Tuesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 3, as well as breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on both days, and the cocktail reception on Tuesday evening.
**NOTE**: Thursday is a classified session (SECRET/NOFORN) that must be selected as a session during the registration process and requires a separate fee. The fee for Thursday's classified session includes breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and transportation to the session venue. Pre-registration and submission of clearance is required (clearance submission instructions to be posted shortly). No concurrent unclassified session will be held on Thursday.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by Friday, March 15, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Saturday, March 16, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Britt Sullivan, firstname.lastname@example.org.
