  • Substitutions are free of charge and must be made in writing to Patrick Rowe at prowe@ndia.org. 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to Patrick Rowe at prowe@ndia.org.  Refunds for cancellations before May 1 will incur a $50 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 1.
