Logistician Emeritus Award

The Logistician Emeritus Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding competence and has made a substantial contribution in the field of national security logistics while serving in a governmental position.

 

History

The Logistician Emeritus Award was established by the Logistics Management Division in 1980 as a means of recognizing deserving individuals in the field of national security logistics while serving in a governmental position.

 

Criteria

  1. Nominee has held significant positions of leadership in a government logistics organization.
  2. Nominee has demonstrated significant accomplishments during their career.
  3. Nominee has contributed noteworthy achievements that furthered Defense logistics and national security.

Schedule

This award is presented once a year at the Annual National Logistics Forum.
