The following is included for your paid registration: 

  • All general and breakout sessions
  • Vendor displays
  • Continental breakfasts, networking breaks, and networking lunches
  • Onsite agenda and meeting materials
  • Post-event speaker proceedings (if released by speaker)

All meals, breaks, refreshments, reception, are included in the full conference registration for paid industry, government, and academia registration unless otherwise noted. 

Restricted Access Sessions

The material to be presented and discussed at this event may involve technical data that are governed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5230.25, November 6, 1984, "Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data from Public Disclosure". Consequently, attendance at these sessions is limited to U.S. and Canadian citizens and intending citizens (formerly "resident aliens") of either country who are registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP).  Please see the page on Special Session Information for the process that must be completed IN ADDITION to registering if you want to attend a restricted access session.  These sessions are identified in the agenda.

Academia
Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Offered to 75 Government Employees OR Active Duty Military. This registration is complimentary for the event program only. Meals, breaks and refreshments are not included. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before 4/04/18 will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds or cancellations received after 4/04/18; however, substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations!
