Registration fees include:
Admission to all Symposium Sessions, Emailed Link of Symposium Proceedings (DTIC), Welcome Reception, Grand Reception, Three Continental Breakfasts, Two Lunches, Refreshment Breaks, Name Badge and Attendee Roster
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online Registration will close Wednesday, April 18, 2018. We will have onsite registration at the following times:
Monday, April 23 from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday, April 24 from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, April 25 from 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Thursday, April 26 from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Please contact Evamarie Socha at esocha@ndia.org to register. All press interested in attending this event must be registered by 5:00pm EST on April 16, 2018 to allow for conference coordination. No exceptions will be made.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Government Employee: You must register using a valid Government Employee email address. This is required at time of registration. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. Please bring your Government Employee ID with you for check-in at the event. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.
Government Active Duty Military: You must register using a valid Military Employee email address. This is required at time of registration. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. Please bring your Government Employee ID with you for check-in at the event.

Cancellations received by Monday, March 26, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 26, 2018. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to cdwyer@ndia.org.
