To provide a forum for senior executives of NDIA coporate member companies and senior Defense Department acquisition officials to meet periodically to review and discuss issues of common interest and concern. Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide - (PASEG)

The Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) is geared for Program Managers and Planning / Scheduling professionals to recognize the value of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by understanding scheduling concepts, promoting good scheduling processes, and realizing the consequences of poor processes. Realistic project schedules help stakeholders make key decisions at the right time, track and assess past performance as well as forecast future performance and costs.  Industry and Government agree that improving schedules has a multiplier effect on improved program management and can dramatically increase realized cost savings. Using the PASEG document, the program team can build and maintain more robust and dynamic schedules that provide a roadmap for improved program execution.

The PASEG is released in its current version for a wider publication and practical usage. The Guide can be accessed at the link below. Please use the Change Request form (at the link below) and email address below for submitting improvements to the PASEG. Comments submitted that do not use the Change Request Form will not be accepted.
