- Systemic Root Cause Analysis Workshop, February 20-21, 2008
The National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), in conjunction with the Systems and Software Engineering Directorate,ODUSD(A&T), hosted the Systemic Root Cause Analysis Workshop, February 20-21 at NDIA headquarters, in Arlington, VA. During the workshop, participants performed an analysis of the systemic issues seen on acquistion programs and developed recommendations that could effectively improve the state of the practice in order to mitigate similar types of program issues/risks on future acquisition efforts. The presentations / handouts given at the workshop, are posted below.
