The next PMSC meeting will be held on June 18 and 19, 2013 at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel, 900 South Orme Street, Arlington, VA, (703) 521-1900. Artemis (www.aisc.com) is providing the bulk of the sponsorship for the meeting with the NDIA coordinating the venue and registration. The result is a minimal charge for attending the meeting.

The schedule for the meeting is as follows:

Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Industry Only for first portion of the day with Joint Industry and Government Working Groups in the late afternoon.

Tuesday evening, June 18, 2013. Networking social at the Sheraton hosted by Artemis.

Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Joint Government and Industry Day.

The registration fees cover the continental breakfasts, breaks and lunches as well as overnight parking and free internet access in sleeping rooms. The government fee is for those attending who plan to participate in any food and beverage functions.

* There is no fee for Government attendees who will NOT participate in any food and beverage functions. However, registration is still required. Please fill out the COMP Govt Registration Form and return to jsprinkel@ndia.org or fax to (703) 243-8539.

NDIA has arranged for a limited block of rooms at the Sheraton. The room block dates at the hotel start on Sunday, June 16 and end Thursday, June 19. The room rate is $199 (this rate is below per diem for all guests). Friday, May 17, 2013 is the room block cut-off date. After this date, the room rates go up to the regular room price ($220-$300+) based on availability.

Participation in PMSC meetings, working groups, and ad hoc subcommittees is open to employees of NDIA member companies or by specific invitation of the committee. Government representatives are invited to participate in the joint industry and government meetings as well as selected working groups or ad hoc subcommittees.
