Purpose: The TACOM APBI provided broad-based business planning information to industry relating to future tank-automotive and armament plans, programs, and acquisition opportunities.
Highlights included:
- The Honorable Claude M. Bolton, Jr., Assistant Secretary of the Army, gave the keynote address at the first day general session (October 14th).
- Mr. Dave Nash, Director, Iraq Reconstruction Management Office/PCO, U.S. Embassy Baghdad, was a guest speaker on the first day general session
